- To reset and completely erase all data on the device and restore to factory settings type *#7370# on the desk (default lock code is 12345). - Make sure to do a backup before do that. - Even if you do a backup some software has to be reinstalled after restore and your savegames might be lost (snakes etc...) - Some "lost" memory can be freed up with this format as well.
