Finding the best WiFi signal is often a challenge. Enter WiFi Analyzer, a helpful Android app that provides clear graphical views of the WiFi signals in your vicinity. WiFi Analyzer lets you choose the strongest wireless signal that has the least amount of traffic and interference.

Channel graph
Based on signal strength, the channel graph shows an overlay graph of each wireless network around you. A different color is used for each network.

Time graph
The time graph tracks real-time signal strengths. While the colors may look jumbled at first, they become clearer as the graph fills up. Tapping a specific network box at the top of the screen brings that network to the front of the graph.

Channel rating
The channel rating indicates the signal strength of all available channels. You can also select a channel for your own WiFi network.

AP list
The access point lists WiFi access points around you and indicates which network is being used for each, as well as on which channel a network is found and if its secure or not.

Signal meter
The signal meter shows the signal strength of a single access point. The Menu button allows you to choose different access points for the view.

Features
Swiping your finger across the screen switches between the views, which can also be accessed through your phone's Menu button.

WiFi Analyzer lets you take a screen shot of any signal strength screen. And WiFi Analyzer's many setting choices allow for automatic network scanning, selecting the scan interval, selecting screen colors, and the ability to hide advertising, among others.
