Microsoft Reader allows you to read ebooks in the LIT format, one of the three main digital book formats.
To work correctly, Microsoft Reader needs to be installed in main memory (the actual books can be put onto a Storage Card if desired). You have to activate the program to access digital signed ebooks.
Microsoft Reader stores your ebooks in a library. It uses ClearType technology to display the text. It also has "reflowing" which automatically repaginates when you change the font size.
You can also add annotations to the text, either as marks, underlining, notes or drawings.
