NSDroid for Android

NSDroid is a smartphone application that provides a convenient way to access and edit NetSuite client data when away from the office. Empower your team by providing them access to important NetSuite CRM information on the go. Look up a customer's address and immediately get directions using our integration with Google Maps. Update client and contacts information on the spot. Call or email a customer with a single gesture from the app. Search for customers and their relevant information by speaking into the phone while driving, or perform a text based search.
You can get your Account ID (required) by following either of the steps below:
1) Login to NetSuite (Any user type)
2) Navigate to Support --> Customer Service --> Contact by Phone
3) You will see the Account ID on this pageOR1) Login to your NetSuite implementation as an Administrator
2) Point your mouse to the 'Setup Tab', you will see a drop down menu. Navigate to 'Integration' then to 'Web Services Preferences'
3) You will find the Account Id just under the 'Save' and 'Reset' buttonsNOTE: If you encounter the error "You do not have permission to access web services feature.” Please contact your NetSuite Admin to enable web services.
