Digital Chat Station has posted what appears to be the complete OnePlus 16 spec sheet on Weibo, confirming previously leaked details and adding one notable new claim: the display reportedly hits 185Hz in specific games, above the 165Hz base refresh rate confirmed last month.

The Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 6 Pro sits at the center — Qualcomm's 2nm flagship chip with custom Oryon cores. Battery is 9,000mAh with 100W wired and 50W wireless charging. That cell is among the largest ever in a non-gaming flagship, following a trend that started with Chinese brands in 2025 and now runs through most of OnePlus's lineup.

The camera system matches earlier leaks: a 200MP main camera on a 1/1.4-inch sensor, a 50MP ultrawide, and a 50MP periscope telephoto. Three custom gaming chips handle frame interpolation and touch latency, complementing the 185Hz peak refresh.

185Hz — With a Caveat

The 185Hz figure is game-specific, not a global display setting. The base panel runs at 165Hz with LTPO variable refresh down to 1Hz. In supported titles, the display allegedly pushes to 185Hz through the gaming chipset — a technique similar to what MediaTek's Dimensity 9600 Pro enables on competing flagships. How many games actually support it at launch is an open question.
