The Bee Frontier is on sale in the US today at $74.99, and its sibling, the Bee Eclipse, starts at $99.99 with no release date. Amazon unveiled both AI wearables on October 15, a little over a year after it agreed to buy Bee.

Both are recorders built to capture conversations. They carry the Amazon Bee branding after the acquisition, which Amazon agreed in July 2025.

Bee Frontier: wrist or clip, on sale now

The Frontier can be worn on the wrist or clipped to clothing. It costs $74.99 and comes in Onyx, Lavender and Sage. Amazon quotes up to seven days of battery life, and the device is rated IP67 for dust and water resistance. Charging is over USB-C, and dual microphones handle the audio.

That is $25 more than the original Bee wristband, which sold for $49.99 and was shown at CES 2026.

Bee Eclipse: a card on the back of your phone

The Eclipse is roughly the size of a credit card and attaches magnetically to the back of a phone, including MagSafe-compatible models. Pricing starts at $99.99. Colors are Silver, Midnight, Honey and Blush. Amazon has not given a release date.

Amazon has not said which phone platforms the Eclipse supports. Battery life is also unclear: Amazon is reported to cite more than 21 days, but one outlet lists the figure as undisclosed, so treat it as unconfirmed.

Alexa+ needs a subscription

The hardware is only part of the cost. Integrations with Alexa+ and Amazon.com require the Bee Pro subscription at $11.99 per month.

The privacy question stays

Always-on recorders raise obvious concerns about who is being recorded. The original Bee discarded audio after transcription, which did not settle those worries. Amazon has not detailed any changes for the new devices in the sources we have seen.
