The Motorola Razr 50 Ultra is Motorola's 2024 flagship flip foldable, built around a 6.9-inch Foldable LTPO AMOLED that achieves both 165Hz adaptive refresh and 3,000 nits peak brightness — the brightest and most fluid inner display of any clamshell in its class. Snapdragon 8s Gen 3 drives dual 50MP cameras with PDAF on both lenses, Dolby Vision HDR video, and Wi-Fi 7 connectivity, while the phone opens to just 7.1mm thin and folds to a genuinely pocketable size at 189g. It is the most complete Razr yet, striking a balance between premium flip design and near-flagship internals.
See full specifications below ↓Strengths

- Pro: Both rear cameras are 50MP with PDAF for consistent image quality across focal lengths
- Pro: Snapdragon 8s Gen 3 delivers near-flagship performance in a slim 7.1mm body
- Pro: Folds to a compact clamshell form that fits easily in any pocket
- Pro: Wi-Fi 7 and aptX Lossless for fast wireless connectivity

Weaknesses
- Con: 4000mAh battery is modest given the large inner display size
- Con: Snapdragon 8s Gen 3 trails the full 8 Gen 3 in sustained peak workloads
- Con: No ultrawide camera — the second lens is a 2× telephoto, not an ultrawide
- Con: USB-C 2.0 severely limits wired data transfer speeds
- Con: Cover screen use cases more restricted than Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 6’s larger external display
