Wallpaper Wizardrii for Android

WW will resize any size image to best fit within display.
WW can set landscape and portrait images.
WW can set display to not scroll (Check menu options).

-- Possible fix with Black screen issueIf you have any issues you can always rollback to an earlier release that worked for you. Version 1.0.2.2 seemed to be the most stable for all devices. Menu->Preference->Rollback and download that version and install it.
NOTE:
If WW is killed off No Scroll will not work.
Small images made larger will become pixelated use set "Exact" to keep image size and clarity.
Crop/rotated images set to 75% image quality for performance. Working on making image quality a setting feature.Mission:
